It’s alive
Just announced this site to the world. Pretty soon I’ll be taking info submissions.
Why?
I’ve always felt like the information was scattered across different forums, buried in thread that are dozens of pages long and easy to miss that one nugget of info you are looking for, other websites, and tons Facebook groups where things just fade away. Something better and more permanent has been on my mind.
Create a single source where the truth is stored, and leave the community building and conversations out of it.
This is a resource for the community that will be better than anything we’ve had before. And it’s not just for Star Wars. The Parts of Star Wars website had been around for a long time, and was out of date, then it moved to a facebook group and then not sure what is going on with it now. So we need this, and it searchable, categorized, infinitely flexible, mobile friendly and modern.
How to use it?
Super simple, just type something into the search bar. You can either choose from the things it tries to guess as you are typing, or hit enter and see a full page of results.
Once you have found the thing you are looking for prop or part source, you will find a table that links to other pages that are related.

Want to help
I will need help filling this site up with the props and parts, because I’m starting from zero. Soon I will have a way to contact or submit information. I’ll also be looking for a few people who want to help edit the site.
If you have knowledge about a certain prop and the parts that make it up, write it down for me. I’ll also be looking for reference photos, schematics, part maps, paint maps, any sort of details that will make the post more robust.
